KOU YI IRON WORKS CO. , LTD. was established in 1959. In the company's early days, it manufactured hydraulic press machines. In particular, the company developed a manually operated vertical injection machine that provided professional production machines to early pkastics product manufacturers.

Due to a rise in demand from the shoe-manufacturing sector in 1962, the company began researching a tri-angular a shoe machine for the manufacturing of delicate plastic shoes as well as other stylish, reliable and water-proof footwear.

Following the completion of P.V.C. foaming material research in 1970, the company successfully introduced a spiral straight type injection machine. This machine was to be widely used throughout Taiwan by the shoe manufacturing industry.

After several years continuous research, the company had been successfully developed the first automatic rotary type jointing & ejection moulding machine in Taiwan and developed two/three/four color automatic machines with multiple functions. At the same time, it also developed one and two color rain boots injection.

The company's well products have high recommendation from clients & get several patents, awards and achieved ISO-9002 certificates.
